Order Cancellation
Please contact our customer service team at info@jumandeadsea.com to notify them about the cancellation so we can send you the order cancellation form by email. Complete the order cancellation form and send it back to us via email.
– Please obtain and keep proof of the receipt and parcel information.
Refund & exchange process
- If you choose a refund for the canceled order, we will process the refund within 14 working days from receiving your order. You will receive an email notification once we have processed the refund.
- If you have requested a replacement or exchange for damaged goods or incorrect delivery, we will process it within 14 working days and will be delivered to your standard delivery location.
Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
- Please note that refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card used.
